Privacy Controls
Export linked data, submit a privacy request, and control temporary-data retention.
See the privacy notice
Run privacy for links to Kaivor's current Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Export linked data
Run privacy export. Kaivor prepares a JSON copy of records linked to your Discord user ID and sends it to you by direct message. The export can include moderation, warning, punishment, level, reminder, Last.fm, ticket, giveaway, and privacy-request records where present. Kaivor does not post the export in the server.
Discord file-size limits still apply. Large exports are compressed. If an export remains too large or a direct message cannot be delivered, open a private privacy ticket in the official support server.
Submit a rights request
Use privacy request delete, privacy request correct, privacy request object, or privacy request restrict. The command records the request for human review. It does not immediately erase moderation or security records because Kaivor may need to verify the requester and preserve information that must lawfully be retained.
Temporary-data retention
Administrators can use privacy retention <days> to choose a period from 7 to 365 days. The default is 30 days. The scheduled cleanup covers temporary persistent snipe archives and recent-join detection records. Other records follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy and may require a verified request.
Vanity Roles
Vanity Roles read current custom-status text only when the feature is enabled and Discord provides presence data. Kaivor checks the text against the phrase configured by an administrator. It does not store presence or custom-status text as a history.
