Review System
Collect customer reviews inside Discord. People press Leave a Review on your panel, pick a star rating and write their review, and Kaivor posts it as its own message in your review channel. Kaivor does not keep a copy: the message is the review.
Added
- Review System: a review panel, a review channel and an optional private admin channel
- Review form with a 1–5 star menu, a service or product menu (or a text box when no list is set) and the review text
- Every review gets an ID such as KVR-8F42A1, shown on the review itself
- Automatic publishing, or manual approval with Approve, Reject, Edit and Delete buttons in the admin channel
- Staff can edit, hide, restore and delete reviews from Discord, with buttons or commands
- Optional copy of the review in the reviewer's DMs; closed DMs never stop a review from being posted
- Verified Submission label for reviews from your panel; Kaivor never claims a verified purchase
- Review statistics: total, average rating, each star count, and the past 7 and 30 days, counted from the review channel
- Spam protection: per-person cooldown, length limits, duplicate text check, flood limit, and optional one review per service
- reviews commands and /reviews, with guided setup through reviews setup
- Reviews page on the dashboard: guided setup, panel and review designs with a live preview, form and moderation settings, and statistics
- Review System guide
Changed
- The panel and review messages can be designed as a classic embed or with Components V2, using the Embed Creator's editors; both designs are kept when you switch
- Embed Creator buttons can now open the review form or show review stats
- Classic embed image and icon fields accept a variable such as {user.avatar}
